Our Story
Why we chose
different.
We stopped waiting for someday. We chose more time together, more intention, and a life we wouldn’t have to wish we remembered.

The moment everything changed
We stopped waiting
for someday.
Life has a way of changing you.
For us, it happened quietly over time.
Isaac spent years in law enforcement, pursuing some of the darkest parts of humanity. Through his work, our family carried the weight of stories most people never have to imagine. At the same time, we experienced our own seasons of grief and loss. In just a few short years, we attended too many funerals, said too many goodbyes, and learned firsthand how fragile tomorrow really is.
Eventually, we found ourselves asking a question we couldn’t ignore.
Is this really how we’re meant to spend the one life we’ve been given?
We realized we weren’t living intentionally. We were living by default—checking the boxes, waiting for the right time, believing there would always be more time.
Until one day we understood that time is the only thing we never get back.
So we decided to stop waiting.

We left ordinary behind and chased adventure.
What we chose instead
We chose
presence.
We didn’t choose this life because we wanted to escape.
We chose it because we wanted to be present.
Our daughter, Bear, deserves more than memories made between meetings and vacations squeezed into busy calendars. She deserves a childhood filled with wonder, adventure, curiosity, and the confidence to believe she can write her own story—not simply follow the one the world hands her.
Our hope isn’t that she’ll grow up believing success looks like a certain career, a certain house, or a certain path.
If we can give her that launching pad, we’ll consider this journey a success.

More time together. More stories we’ll tell for years.
Some memories don’t need fireworks. Sometimes the smallest, most joyful moment becomes the one you keep forever.
Why EverAtlas exists
The stories we
never inherited.
EverAtlas was born because of another realization.
My grandparents spent eleven years traveling the country in their RV.
Today, I know surprisingly little about those years. I don’t know what made them laugh. I don’t know what challenged them. I don’t know the small moments that became their favorite memories.
Those stories were never written down.
We don’t want that for our family.
EverAtlas isn’t just a map of places we’ve visited. It’s a living journal of who we are while we’re there.
Because one day, we don’t want our children or grandchildren wondering what these years were like.
We want them to know.
A life fully lived
This journey isn’t
about the miles.
It isn’t about RVs.
It isn’t about travel.
It isn’t even about seeing the country.
Presence over possessions.
Experiences over expectations.
Stories over stuff.
It’s about believing that the greatest inheritance we can leave isn’t money or things. It’s a life that was fully lived—and a story worth remembering.
If, somewhere along the way, our story helps another family find the courage to chase their own dream—whatever that dream looks like—then every mile will have been worth it.
This is our story.
We hope it becomes yours.
